Unlike Blueprints or 2 Dimensional plans, 3D plans give an instant image that allows the viewer to imagine how one room flows into another, positions of built-in or walk-in wardrobes and relative position of kitchen units / furniture etc.
We can create 3D floorplans from original or hand drawn plans or can even visit the property if necessary to take our own measurements.
